Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, digital content is neither goods nor services, meaning the law is a little different. If you stream one of the videos within 14 days of buying it (what is known as the 'cooling-off period'), you will be deemed to have to given your consent to waive the 14-day cooling-off period.

If you've made a genuine mistake with a purchase, please contact shop@maths4parents.com and we may arrange a refund or exchange the download for one you want as a gesture of goodwill.

If you are not satisfied with our products and services and are still within 5 days of your original purchase date, your request for a refund will be honoured, no questions asked.

Should you open a dispute, instead of asking for a refund, we will keep the disputed amount while we gather evidence for our submission of the dispute.
